Room Reservation System
The Theatre Arts Department currently offers four rooms in the Performing Arts Building for use as rehearsal spaces. These rooms must be reserved in advance and are made available for the use of the VIRGINIA TECH - Theatre Department students, faculty and staff ONLY.
In order to reserve a room you MUST have an active Username and Password for this system. If you are currently enrolled in a Theatre Arts course requiring rehearsal space please contact your professor for the appropriate Username and Password.
Before using this system please read the PAB Room Reservation Policies. Violation of these these policies will result in the lose of room privileges.
Before attempting to reserve a room please consult the appropriate Schedules to ensure that the room is available on the date and time required. If for some reason you are unable to get space in PAB, you may be able to get a space in some other building on campus. Simply call the Registrar's Office at 231-6251, ext. #5 for more information on the use of other classrooms.
To reserve a room in PAB go to the Room Request Form and fill out ALL of the requested information. Confirmation of your request will be received immediately in response to your request.
Reservations made through this system are limited to a duration of two hours. If you require more time for your event, believe that your event warrants the rescheduling of other events, or your event requires special support - please fill out the Special Request Form which will be sent directly to the Production Stage Manager.
