Randy Ward has been designing and teaching at Virginia Tech for 30 years. He designed the Studio Theatre, a thrust theatre space where much of the production work of the Theatre Arts Department is performed. He serves as a theatre consultant to architects and groups planning design or renovation of theatre facilities. Randy also serves as a set and lighting designer for Ping Chong & Company, designing work that has been produced in the U.S. and abroad.
